Polish portal Wirtualna Polska named three habits that can destroy human health. RIA Novosti writes about it.

The author of the publication writes that the decision to sleep after a hearty meal is a bad idea. So, the recumbent position and sleep itself disrupt the digestive process and complicate the movement of food through the digestive system. Also, an afternoon nap can lead to flatulence and constipation.

The article also recommends avoiding tea drinking after meals. All varieties of this drink interfere with the absorption of certain nutrients and minerals, and in people with a tendency to anemia, tea can reduce the absorption of iron by 87 percent. In addition, the drink has a low pH level, which, according to the author, negatively affects the process of digestion of proteins and fats.

After eating, you should stop playing sports. The material indicates that intense physical activity will not allow the body to function properly. As a result, indigestion, stomach pains, and then – disturbances in the functioning of the digestive system may appear.

Earlier, the chief freelance narcologist of the Ministry of Health of the Moscow Region, Vitaly Kholdin, said that there are several ways to cope with bad habits. Personal motivation is important first and foremost. Each person must define it for himself, regardless of fashion, messages on the Internet, opinions and actions of others. The second important point is the support of others.
