Chinese taxi aggregator DiDi will be launched in 20 more Russian cities

Taxi aggregator DiDi has begun recruiting drivers and taxi fleets in 20 more Russian cities, in which it will be launched in the coming weeks, a company representative told Kommersant. Among them are Voronezh, Ufa, Krasnoyarsk, Perm and Krasnodar.

The service earned in Russia in August 2020, Kazan became the first city of His presence. Now DIDI is available in 16 cities, and by the end of the year it is planning to increase the number of cities of presence up to 100. In Moscow, the service is not yet represented. According to its own DIDI data, since the launch of more than 2 million passengers of the service made 11 million trips. Now in Russia more than 116 thousand drivers of 4 thousand taxi drives are connected to the aggregator.
